Mon-Thu 06:00am-16.30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Training Manager will drive our Technical Response, working alongside an efficient and effective team to deliver our world-class customer experience.

With responsibility for the review and management of training planning, scheduling as well as conducting courses for internal and external stakeholders incorporating onsite and virtual training.

Using effective relationship-building skills you will develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage the day-to-day relations with them to understand their needs and deliver the appropriate training solutions.

You will be passionate about offering an exceptional service to customers, ensuring all transactional processes are recorded and progressed in a timely manner with proactive communication vital to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the existing Technical Support offering
  • Ensure regular customer interaction
  • Provide effective communication with internal/external stakeholders
  • Develop Client/Colleague liaison
  • Manage technical information flow processes
  • Lead on customer training opportunities
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering is desirable

REQUIREMENTS

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to listen
  • Able to build strong professional relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Have the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and self-manage with excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic, be driven and self-disciplined
  • Knowledge of industry would be an advantage
